Course Schedule

  • 10AM - 5 PM

Enjoy a one-hour lunch break at the scenic Tide Tables Cafe under Richmond Bridge, offering delicious vegetarian and vegan options. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring your own packed lunch.

Day before and day of course no alcohol, as you are going through a healing process and initiation.

Also, I recommend after the course you just have a relaxed evening, to allow integration of the initiations and learning.

All courses are hosted at Jo's welcoming home in beautiful Richmond upon Thames, South West London. Which is easily accessible:

  • Train: Just 20 minutes from Waterloo Station to Richmond.
  • Underground: District Line to Richmond Station.
  • On Foot: A short 10-minute walk from Richmond Train Station.
  • Parking: Available at Paradise Road car park, 5 minutes walk away.
