Thank you for choosing JoWard.org for your healing, therapy, and spiritual development needs. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases. By booking a session, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Appointments & Healing/Therapy Sessions
Single Sessions
All one-to-one healing, hypnotherapy, Reiki, and other therapy appointments (in-person or online via Zoom/WhatsApp) are non-refundable once booked and paid.
Prepaid Packages
Prepaid sessions (e.g., 3 or 10 sessions) must be used within 12 months of purchase. These are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with a minimum 48 hours' notice.
2. Courses & Workshops (Online & In-Person)
- Bookings are final: All Reiki training, workshops, or other courses (online or in-person) are non-refundable once payment is received.
- Transfers: If you cannot attend an in-person workshop or training, you may transfer your booking to a future date (within 12 months) or gift your place to someone else with prior notice.
- Certificates: Certificates of completion are provided for Reiki training and other professional courses upon attendance and participation.
- Online Courses: Access to online course materials (if provided) is non-transferable and may not be shared.
3. Print-on-Demand Products
Products (e.g., art prints, apparel, accessories) are printed and shipped directly by third-party print providers. As these items are custom-made to order, all sales are final.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement.
Delivery times and customs/import charges vary by country.
4. Original Artworks (Painted & Shipped by Jo)
All paintings and original art are final sale. Every care is taken to package artwork securely; if your artwork is damaged in shipping, please notify us within 7 days with photos.
Buyers are responsible for international customs fees and import duties.
5. Digital Downloads & Recordings
Non-Refundable Policy
Guided meditations, digital guides, and other downloadable resources are non-refundable once purchased.
Personal Use Only
Download links are for your personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
6. International Clients
JoWard.org serves clients globally via Zoom and WhatsApp. Please note time zone differences when booking.
Prices are shown in GBP; currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider.
7. General Terms
All content, services, and products provided through JoWard.org are for personal development, spiritual guidance, and educational purposes only. By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge that services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice.
