Reiki 1 course is a deeply nurturing day designed to introduce you to the healing energy of Reiki.

You'll receive three attunements to open your healing channels, that activate your own natural healing abilities.

Course Schedule

  • 9.30AM - 6 PM

Enjoy a one-hour lunch break at the scenic Tide Tables Cafe under Richmond Bridge, offering delicious vegetarian and vegan options. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring your own packed lunch.

Day before and day of course no alcohol, as you are going through a healing process and initiation.

Also, I recommend after the course you just have a relaxed evening, to allow integration of the initiations and learning.
